Title V Fees Advisory Group

Legislation passed by the 86th session of Iowa General Assembly (Senate File 488) established authority for the DNR to collect Operating Permit Application Fees. The advisory group will review information regarding Operating Permit Application Fees and Emissions Fees. The legislation directs the DNR to convene a fee advisory group to obtain recommendations regarding these fees.

The advisory group will meet at least once annually to consider the fees.
