Fur Dealers
Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation engaged in the business of buying, bartering, trading or otherwise obtaining raw hides or skins of fur-bearing animals.

Game Breeders
A person who possesses, raises, and sells game birds, game animals and fur-bearing animals whose original stock is obtained from a lawful source. This does not include any species that are defined as endangered or threatened under state law. It does not include exotic birds or animals.

A license for the practice of taxidermy of game, fish, or fur-bearing animals that have been lawfully taken.

Hunting and Fishing License Applications for Veterans, Disabled Iowans, and Senior Citizens

Crossbow for Deer and Turkey Hunting License Application (Form #542-1369)
A permit which allows the use of a crossbow while bow hunting for deer and/or turkey for persons who are certified by a physician as having a disability in the upper extremities.

Motor Vehicle Use in Game Management Area, Park, Preserve - Permit Application (Form #542-8057)
A permit which allows for the use of a motor vehicle on game management areas, state parks or preserve for persons who are certified by a physician as having a disability which makes it impossible to ambulate without the use of a motor vehicle.

Free Annual Hunting and Fishing License Application (Form #542-8056)

Application for Eligibility for a Non-Resident Severely Disabled Deer Hunting License (Form #542-0416)
Non-Residents who are certified by a physician as being severely disabled may apply for eligibility to acquire a paid non-resident deer hunting license to hunt during the Youth and Disabled Hunter Season.

Iowa residents who are severely disabled may obtain a paid deer hunting license to hunt during the Youth and Disabled Hunter Season.

A lifetime hunting and fishing license for veterans who have a service connected disability or were POW's.
