DNR’s New Online Hunting and Fishing License System Launching February 26, 2019
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources’ (DNR’s) new licensing system will be upgraded on February 26, 2019 to the Go Outdoors Iowa Licensing System. Beginning February 26, License Agents must process all sales through the new system. Agents will no longer have access to the current licensing system, and you will not be able to process license sales using the current system.
In order to utilize the new system, at least one user from your agent location must participate in mandatory training. Information regarding training times will be emailed to current agents mid-February. If your location is unable to find a representative to attend training or need special accommodations, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 515-725-8200. Be sure to include your full name, Agent Location Name, Agent ID, and contact information.
Before February 26th, if you are experiencing problems with your Aspira ELSI equipment? Please call the Aspira 24 Hour Agent Help Desk at 1-877-288-6537.
Your current system must be upgraded on February 26th to the Go Outdoors Iowa equipment. Please call the Agent Help Desk at 833-426-0141.
