On January 31, 2013, EPA published in the Federal Register amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for boilers and process heaters at major sources (40 CFR 63 Subpart DDDDD, also called the “Major Source Boiler MACT” or Maximum Achievable Control Technology).
