Temporary Fix for the EASY Air Error Message

Some EASY Air users are getting an error message that says "The information you're about to submit is not secure" when logging into EASY Air using the Chrome browser. A recent patch to the Chrome browser appears to be causing this error in combination with http redirects.

The DNR’s EASY Air team has created a Facility Equipment Deactivation Form that provides companies with an “EASY” way to request the DNR deactivate existing equipment at the facility in Iowa EASY Air.

For the last six months significant air quality construction permit staff time was diverted from application review to enable EASY Air’s on-time roll out. With the successful launch of EASY Air, staff can once again devote their time to application reviews.
