Trout streams are in excellent condition. The warm weather forecast for this coming Friday through Monday should provide some good insect hatches for trout fishing, match the hatch.

Easy access. Very popular fishery stocked twice per week during April-October with catchable rainbow trout. Stream also contains a moderate-density population of wild brown trout. Backbone park offers primitive, electric and non-electric camping sites.(2022)
