Trout streams are in excellent condition. The warm weather forecast for this coming Friday through Monday should provide some good insect hatches for trout fishing, match the hatch.

This fishery receives stockings of rainbow trout during April-October of each year. The stream also contains stream-reared and wild brown trout. Recent flood events has altered the channel somewhat upstream of the parking lot. Primitive camping is allowed on the state owned property.(2022)
