SLEIS training rescheduled for next week

The SLEIS training sessions scheduled for tomorrow in Cedar Rapids have been rescheduled for next Wednesday. The same training sessions will be offered in Des Moines next Thursday.

The Cedar Rapids SLEIS training sessions originally scheduled for Jan. 30 will be offered Feb. 6 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The training location will remain the Jean Oxley Linn County Public Service Center, Conference Rooms 1A and 1B, 935 Second St. SW in Cedar Rapids. 

In Des Moines, SLEIS training sessions scheduled for Jan. 31 have been rescheduled to Feb. 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and also from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The training location will remain the Ola Babcock Miller Building, Forest Spaulding Conference Room 310, 1112 E. Grand Avenue in Des Moines.

The workshops were rescheduled due to the dangerous wind chills this week.
