Environmental Protection Commission meeting agenda

DES MOINES -- The Environmental Protection Commission (EPC) of the Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) will have their monthly business meeting April 16. The meeting is open to the public.

The meeting starts at 10 a.m. at the Iowa Economic Authority Building, Helmick Boardroom, 1963 Bell Avenue, Suite 200, Des Moines.

The public can also attend via video conference or by phone.

Written comments may be submitted up to 24 hours before the meeting to Alicia Plathe at Alicia.Plathe@dnr.iowa.gov or to 502 East 9th St, Des Moines, IA 50319.

Members of the public wishing to address the Commission regarding an item on the agenda will be given an opportunity to do so during the meeting. Each person will be allotted a maximum of three minutes to provide their comments to the Commission. The public comment period for the meeting will end after each member of the public has had their opportunity to provide their comments, or after two hours, whichever comes first.
