The Cass County Education Pond was sampled by electrofishing during the spring of 2022. Fish species sampled included largemouth bass up to 17-inches, black crappie up to 12-inches, small 3-inch bluegills, and common carp 11 to 17-inches. The common carp are having an impact on water quality by causing turbidity. Eventually, this fishery will need to be renovated to eliminate the carp.(2022)
