The Iowa Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is postponing the trout stockings scheduled for tomorrow, Jan. 22 at Bacon Creek Lake, Sioux City and this Friday, Jan. 23 at Moorland Pond, Fort Dodge and Big Lake, Council Bluffs due to extreme cold weather and high winds.
The Bacon Creek Lake stocking is now scheduled for Jan. 27. The Moorland Pond and Big Lake stockings are now scheduled for Jan. 28.
