Air Quality Fees & Schedule

Construction and operating permit applications and asbestos notifications are subject to the fees established in the Fee Schedule below.

The rules, fee schedule, frequently asked questions documents, and fee forms provide information on who is required to submit fees, when to pay the fees, and how to pay the fees.

Fee Schedule

Fees will be set consistent with 567 - chapter 30.   Fee advisory groups will be convened annually by the DNR to review draft budgets and associated fees and provide recommendations on fee changes to the DNR. Any changes in the fees will be made by the Environmental Protection Commission and posted here.
