Annual road closure on portions of James Avenue and Swan Lake Road on the south side of the Hawkeye Wildlife Area, is planned for Feb. 1 to April 1.
The closure will impact James Avenue, north of the intersection with Swan Lake Road, and the Swan Lake Road extension, west of the intersection of Swan Lake Road and Greencastle Avenue.
