Data Set, Graph, Learning Tools
Gray fox harvest in Iowa declined from more than 3000/year in the 1980s to one in 2023. Research is currently being conducted to learn more about their decline. Habitat changes/loss, competition by other predators and disease are a few of the speculated causes for the decline.
