The bluegill and largemouth bass fisheries are very good in Smith Lake. Anglers can catch bluegills up to 9 inches and largemouth bass over 20 inches. The minimum length for largemouth bass is 18 inches in Smith Lake. Channel catfish and crappie are definitely worth targeting here as well.(2022)
