Bluegill - Fair: With the falling water temps you would expect the bluegills to be moving in shallow but they seem content to stay out at 10-12 foot of water.
Largemouth Bass - Fair: Look for them in the flooded brush out in 4-6 foot of water. That's where the little bluegills are.
Water temperature holding in the mid 60's. Water clarity decent but still with a green cast.

Iowa-Caught Fish Are Safe to Eat, In Almost All Cases

The vast majority of Iowa’s streams, rivers and lakes offer safe and high-quality fish that pose little or no threat to human health if consumed. Some limitations may apply for young children and pregnant women. Here’s a Fish Consumption Fact Sheet from the Iowa DNR and the Iowa Dept. of Public Health for more information.
