Water temperature remains in the low 60's. Can find plenty of places out of the wind on this lake.
Black Crappie - Fair: Like the bluegills, crappie fishing slowed down over the last few days and they went deep again. Maybe when the weather calms down they will come back in shallow again.
Bluegill - Fair: Late last week the bluegill fishing slowed down again. If it's like most of the lakes in the area look for the bluegills back out in deeper water again.
Largemouth Bass - Good: The bass fishing may have picked up a little bit from last week with a few more fish moving in shallow. In all that flooded timber I prefer to use either soft plastics or weedless jigs tipped with crawdad trailers.

Some limitations may apply for young children and pregnant women. Here’s a Fish Consumption Fact Sheet from the Iowa DNR and the Iowa Dept. of Public Health for more information.
