The state’s Public Health Disaster Emergency Proclamation expired at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Concurrently the DNR’s COVID-19 Compliance and Enforcement Protocol also expired.

Coming in March, DNR will have an option for livestock and poultry farmers to submit their annual Manure Management Plan (MMP) updates and pay compliance fees online. The electronic (eMMP) option provides a simplified process for producers, their consultants, counties and the DNR.
