NOTICE Beginning 6:00 a.m. CDT on July 25, 2009 excess 2009 Non-Resident Deer Tags will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota has been filled or it is 10 days before the start of the respective season. Purchases may only be made on-line at:
https://www3.wildlifelicense.com/ia/start.php or through the telephone ordering system at: 800-367-1188.
