Lake Wapello Watershed Project
Water quality in Lake Wapello has slowly diminished in the past few years.

Landowners and residents are working together with the Lake Wapello Watershed Project to improve their lake.

By installing conservation practices and making other changes, Lake Wapello residents are working to improve their farming operations, their land, their lake and the future.

What's a watershed?

A watershed is the area of land that drains into a lake or stream.
