ARRA Certification
Before each stimulus project can be funded, the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) must certify that the applicant has met all of the requirements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
DNR has prepared a checklist that we will use to verify that all the requirements have been covered. This checklist may also be useful to applicants and consultants to evaluate your progress and see what else you need to do.
Once the certification is completed, DNR will provide it to the Iowa Finance Authority, which can then work with the applicant to execute the loan using stimulus funds.
If you have any questions, please contact Patti Cale-Finnegan at 515-725-0498 or
