The Iowa Self Assessment Program for Wastewater Treatment Facilities provides an information management tool for owners and operators of municipal wastewater treatment plants. The Iowa Self Assessment Program, or ISAP, was developed by Professor Stephen E. Jones of the Department of Civil and Construction Engineering at Iowa State University under contract with the Iowa DNR.
The ISAP is the product of Iowa Municipal Pollution Prevention Project, which evaluates the health of publicly owned treatment works. The purpose of the project, and the focus of the ISAP, is to provide an information management and analysis tool to identify operational and NPDES compliance problems in publicly owned treatment works.
Below you will find links to both the user's manual and a link to the compressed executable file that allows you to install the program on your personal computer.
