The Pollution Prevention (P2) Intern Program began in the summer of 2001 with 14 interns from Iowa
colleges and universities. Over the past two summers, 18 graduate and 16 upper level undergraduate
students have worked on pollution prevention projects with one common goal: to reduce or eliminate
pollution and save money.
