The Emergency Response & Homeland Security Unit is tasked with the receipt and tracking of Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) (pdf file) Section 311/312 Tier II Reporting and Section 313 Toxic Release Inventory Form A and Form R Reporting. The unit does not receive or review other reporting documents directly, but may review documents at the request of other agencies or groups within the Department of Natural Resources. The unit can answer questions regarding other reporting and planning documents including Risk Management Plans (RMP), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plans (SPCC), and other federal reporting documents and plans.
