Event permits are required for any event for which attendance is solicited through advertising, invitation or other solicitation and that may interfere with the general public's normal use of a state park or recreation area. Please contact the manager in charge of the park or area in which you are interested in holding an event. They will provide you with a permit application which will need to be filled out and returned at least 30 days prior to the event.
