- Phase I/Package 3 - Golf course clubhouse, activity center building, wastewater treatment facility, RV campground, boat ramp and courtesy docks, trails, landscaping, road paving. Out for bids in summer 2007, with completion by Sept. 1, 2008.
- Art in Public Buildings - Call to Artists distributed December 4, 2006. Review of proposals Dec. 18. Selection of Carolyn Braaksma and Brad Kaspari by Advisory Committee on January 10, 2007. Contract will go to the Natural Resource Commission for approval on March 8, 2007. Review of art project concept on June 11, 2007.
