To apply for the awards, follow the steps below, and submit your application, postmarked by January 31, 2009.
- Click here to download the 2008 Application.
- Complete application coversheet that is provided (Section A). Attach this sheet to the narrative answers provided to the questions that follow in Section B.
- If applying for the Environmental Excellence Award, provide a narrative response to each criteria question, not to exceed 10 typed double-sided pages, double-spaced. If applying for any of the special project awards, provide up to a typed, two-page, double-spaced, double-sided narrative for each award applied for (see Section B for criteria questions).
- Include any attachments such as photographs, charts, newspaper articles, etc. (These are in addition to the application narrative.) Please keep bindery to a minimum.
- Mail the original documents, plus four (4) copies of the entry forms and attachments to:
