Meeting convenes at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, September 13, 2007 at the Springbrook Conservation Education Center, 2473 160th Rd., Guthrie Center, Iowa. Commissioners and staff will meet at Lake Panorama, 5071 Clover Ridge Road, Panora, Iowa, at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12 to commence a tour of the area.
