Meeting convenes at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the Wapsi River Environmental Education Center, 31555 52nd Avenue, Dixon, Iowa (two miles northwest of Dixon). Commission and staff will meet at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11 at the Ramada Inn, 3020 Utica Ridge Rd., Bettendorf, Iowa to commence a tour of the area.
