Natural Resource Commission to meet October 8 at Honey Creek Resort State Park

MORAVIA - The Natural Resource Commission of the Iowa Department of Natural Resources will meet at 8:30 a.m., Oct. 8, at Honey Creek Resort State Park, Ballroom C, 12633 Resort Drive, near Moravia.

Commission and DNR staff will meet at 1 p.m., Oct. 7, at Honey Creek Resort State Park for a tour of the area. The commission will have dinner at 6 p.m. at the Lakeshore Grill at Honey Creek Resort State Park. The tour and the meeting are open to the public.

Members of the commission are Kim Francisco, Elizabeth Garst, Gregory Drees, Janelle Rettig and Tammi Kircher. The Director of the DNR is Richard Leopold.
