Iowa DNR Interactive Mapping, Water Web Help Files

Printing from the Water Web:

Printing a map or a database query or a report from the Water Web is very easy. All web pages in the Water Web, including the interactive map, the search, the datasheet, the report, are all designed to print directly out of your browser. Supported browsers are recent versions of Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Please visit our client PC requirements page for more information.

To print, go to File - Print Preview in your browser window menu (at the top of the browser).

The Water Web application was designed to adjust to most client PC resolution settings and print each web page to letter-size paper with portrait orientation. It is recommended that you preview the print job first and make sure that no web content is cut off in the right margin. If there is any cut off, then adjust your print margins or your monitor resolution settings. After previewing, select the Print button from the browser menu and send the Web page to your local printer.
