The Toolbar Headings is a list of the names of the tools in the Toolbar. Below the names are the tools that can be used in the website. If you click on the text you will be linked to a description of how to use the tool. You can also use the left menu in this website and look under the HELP - Tools option for help on all the interactive mapping tools. If you want to use the tool, click on the tool image in the Toolbar.
