About Legal Services:
The Legal Services Unit includes the department's staff attorneys who provide day-to-day legal advice to all units of the department and are involved in:

Coordinating rulemaking activities,
Representing the department in administrative legal proceedings, and
Assisting the Environmental Services Division in enforcement actions.
