BOATING WHILE INTOXICATED

Purpose: This potential legislation would lower current 0.10 blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level to operate a motorobat or sailboat while intoxicated, to .08 BAC.

  1. To have a consistant blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level between operating a boat while intoxicated (BWI) and operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI).
