Tier 1 Report Reviews

Tier 1 Reports submitted after May 17, 2000, with a recommendation to proceed to Tier 2 will not be reviewed for completeness or accuracy. The reports will be filed and a schedule for the submittal of the Tier 2 Report will be established (i.e., The Tier 2 Report will be due within 90 days after receipt of the Tier 1 Report.). A letter formalizing the schedule will be sent to the RP and the certified groundwater professional.
