Wilson Island to Offer Tours July 14th

MISSOURI VALLEY - The Iowa Department of Natural Resources will host public tours of Wilson Island State Recreation Area to showcase progress on flood cleanup and plans for redevelopment following the devastating floods of 2011.

Guided tours begin at 10 a.m., July 14, and will depart every 30 minutes. The event concludes at 4 p.m.
The Friends of Wilson Island will help with the event.
