EPC to Hold Conference Call Meeting July 18

DES MOINES – The Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will hold a special meeting July 18 at 10 a.m. by conference call, despite earlier cancelling the regular July meeting.

Commissioners will discuss one agenda item: pending litigation in Brush and Weed Control Specialists, Inc., and New Farmers Drainage District of Monona County.

Commissioners are expected to approve a closed session to discuss the litigation. If approved, the conference call will reconvene at approximately 10:20 a.m.
