Farming History of the Mines of Spain Area

Local Historian Gerda Hartmann will provide a program on the various families that farmed the land now the Mines of Spain Recreation Area. The Preston Family of which she is a member has lived in the area for over 180 years. She will tell the story thru her ancestors with artifacts she will bring to share.
