DNR-Pollution Prevention Services will host a Strategic Goals Program Workshop Nov. 13 entitled "Q & A: RICE Rule, Boiler MACT and Stormwater." This workshop will provide an opportunity to meet with regulators and industry experts in a small setting where questions are welcome to learn about the Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines (RICE) rule, the Boiler Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT), and stormwater regulations.
