Consent Orders
A consent order is issued as an alternative to issuing an administrative order. A consent order indicates that the DNR has voluntarily entered into a legally enforceable agreement with the other party.

Buchanan County
Jodie Puff, dba J&R Farms
Pay $3,000 penalty for late submittal of manure management plans.

Cherokee County
American Natural Soy, Inc. and Cherokee Investments, L.L.C.
Obtain storm water permit for facility, properly dispose of wastewater and solid waste and pay $7,000 penalty.

Clinton County
Equistar Chemicals, LP, Clinton
Compliance schedule to upgrade wastewater treatment plant.

Emmet County
Scott Olson
Pay $2,600 penalty to resolve violations related to the illegal disposal of solid waste.

Hamilton County
