The Grand River Center at the Port of Dubuque will have indoor exhibits from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The World Bird Sanctuary will offer live eagle and bird of prey programs at 9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 3 p.m. Trolley rides are available to take visitors from the Grand River Center to the outdoor viewing area.
