Title V Fee Due July 1, 2012

The Environmental Protection Commission set the Title V air operating permit fee for calendar year 2011 emissions at $56.00 per ton at its April 17 meeting. As required by 567 Iowa Administrative Code (IAC) 22.106, the fee payment, along with two copies of Forms 1.0, 5.0, and signed Part 3, must be submitted to the Department of Natural Resources - Air Quality Bureau no later than July 1, 2012.
