The Decorah Fisheries Management team is located at the Decorah State Trout Hatchery southeast of Decorah on Siewers Spring Road.
Management activities at the Decorah office include:

managing the coldwater trout streams in the northern half of the region

surveying and assessing fish and turtle populations in lakes and rivers

analyzing physical, chemical, and biological aspects of area rivers, lakes and watersheds

installing fish habitat and other structures
