Fishing Forecast

Hacklebarney West is a small shallow lake that winterkilled in 2010. A fishery consisting of largemouth bass, bluegill, redear sunfish, black crappie, and channel catfish is being restocked. These stocked fish will need time to reach a catchable size and restore the fishing. Look for good fishing to return to West Hacklebarney by fall of 2013.(2012)
