| The water temperatures are in the mid 60's. The water levels at most lakes near full but not overflowing excessivly. Water clarity is good to very good at most lakes. The crappies going strong. | | The water level have risen to within 6 inches of full. Clarity is very good. | | Largemouth Bass - Fair: Several largemouth bass are moving to structure near shore. | | Crappie - Fair: Some mid-sized to large crappies are being caught from along the dam and gravel areas surrounding the jetties. |
Fishing Forecast
Fair numbers of largemouth bass were sampled. Both bluegills and crappies were sampled in low abundance. A 8 foot drawdown is taking place the fall and winter of 2012 to increase harvest rates of bluegills and crappies and to improve growth rates of the panfish when the lake refills.(2012)
