The lake is reported as having about 9" of ice, with 7" of it being real good ice. Mornings have been best here.

Bluegill - Good: There has been a whole range of fish sizes caught here. Use jigs/waxies around brush.

Bluegill numbers are good with many fish in the 6-8" range. Some redear sunfish are here and most are 8-10". Crappie numbers are moderate with two group sizes most prevalent; the 7-8" fish and 10-11" fish. Largemouth bass numbers are also moderate with the majority of fish being 12-16".(2015)
