Great way for parents to learn how to make their children's fishing trip successful.You'll learn about fish species, how to tie on a slip bobber and hook and what to take along to make your child's fishing trip a success.Fishing road will be available first come/first serve and bait will be provided. Kid’s Fishing Derby Backbone State Park June 2, 2012 1PM to 3:30 PM To be held at the south end of the park on the lake near the dam and fishing jetty. Registration from 1:00 to 1:15 Learning Stations 1:15 to 2:15. Rules 2:15 to 2:30 and the Derby from 2:30 to 3:30.
