This stream flows through the Wapsi River Wildlife Area which is 114
acre river access managed by the DNR. This timber lined bottomland provides
an excellent setting to do some squirrel hunting and trout fishing,
Wapsi River is not stocked in June, July or August due to higher water
temperatures.
