Stocked by Big Springs
Easy Access Otter Creek is a long stretch of stream that provides plenty of elbow room. This stream lies between Echo Valley State Park and the town of Elgin.
Temperature Sensitive Stocking Otter Creek is not stocked during June, July and August and much of the access is provided by private landowners, so please respect private property and thank the landowners for allowing you access.
