Clear Creek Park is managed by the Allamamakee County conservation board which has recently made a number of improvements on the property. The site is now universally accessible to all anglers and trout hides have been installed in the county-owned section. Natural reproduction of brown trout has recently been documented on the upstream portion of this stream.
